- 职位概览
STS正在寻找一名在可再生能源领域专门从事电气工程和电力电子的工程师，负责可再生能源项目的调度前监造（生产监督、工厂验收测试、装运前监造）和调度后监造（集装箱装卸），向项目利益相关者通报正在进行的工作进展。
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.
在接受项目需求培训后，了解监造计划和监造清单内容。
2. Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection plan and schedule.
参加项目启动会，向供应商简要介绍监造范围、监造计划和时间表。
3. Verify the on-site conditions according to the 5M methodology prior to performing the inspection.
在执行监造之前，根据5M方法验证现场条件。
4. Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.
根据监造清单分析测量结果，监督制造和测试进度。
5. Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule.
监控测试交付周期，以确保在商定的时间内完成。
6. Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.
将调查结果告知监造现场的联系人，并分析他们的改进计划。
7. Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.
向项目经理报告监造期间现场观察到的结果。
8. Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.
根据服务工程团队准备的格式填写监造的报告。
9. Suggest improvements to the manufacturer to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions.
向工厂提出改进建议，以改善被监造的产品和测试条件。
10. Propose improvement of the inspection methodology.
建议改进监造的方法。
Qualifications and Experience
任职要求和经验
1. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
电气工程学士或硕士学位。
2. Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures.
能够正确解释图纸、规范和测试程序。
3. Experienced in renewable energies, power electronics components, inverters, energy storage, factory inspection and quality control.
在可再生能源、电力电子元件、逆变器、储能、工厂检验和质量控制方面经验丰富。
4. At least 3 years experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site), or at least 3 years experience in a technical position in renewable energies.
至少3年质量控制经验（工厂或现场），或至少3年可再生能源技术职位经验。
5. Able to effectively communicate with project team and personnel at project site.
能够与项目团队和项目现场人员有效沟通。
6. High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver, 80+% of time on the inspection site is requested.
道德高尚、出色的沟通技巧、解决问题的能力，要求80%以上的时间在监造现场。

- 工作职责
1.负责电池柜或电池架的结构设计，包括电气零件安装及散热结构设计;
2、负责高低压电气柜、配电柜、DC柜、中控柜等柜体结构设计，满足电气标准设计要求。
3、负责储能系统包括集装箱式储能系统的结构设计，包含温控、消防、内部设备合理布局及集装译箱内电池架，变流器的安装、施工，及整体吊装、隔热、防腐处理等工艺。
4、负责对电池模组、电池架、电气柜、热设计、集装箱设计的合理性评估，保证产品的可靠性，安全性及生产可加工性。
5、负责产品结构BOM等文件资料的制作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械制造等相关专业，具有锂离子电池系统、储能系统、PCS、BMS或电力系统等知识。
2、5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上的锂离子电池系统、储能系统、电力系统、新能源、微电网等行业的结构设计经验。
3、熟练应用Cre0， Autocad等结构设计及防真软件
4、具有工业设计经验优先。
5、具备良好的组织、计划、执行、沟通、协调、分析和学习能力，具有责任心、事业心和团队合作精神。

- 岗位职责：
1、全面负责光伏、风电、储能项目工程质量、进度、成本、安全、资料等方面的计划制定、现场跟踪及监督，对整体工程负责；
2、妥善处理外围协调沟通问题，解决项目应急、突发事件，确保工程顺利按时交付并做好工程验收、决算；
3、组织工程竣工验收，组织项目审核竣工验收档案、变更、签证单及工程决算；
4、参与项目组织实施及现场施工技术指导；
5、深入施工现场，解决施工中出现的重大问题；
6、维护公司利益，完成领导交办的与工作相关事宜。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，年龄40周岁及以下，机械、电气、土建、工程管理类等专业，有二级建造师证或一级建造师证，中级职称；
2、10年以上工程管理经验，可独立领导团队完成大型工程的项目管理及施工任务，熟悉各类光伏项目、风电、储能项目施工、并网等流程，知晓新能源项目实施过程全过程的重点、难点，具有独立完成上述新能源项目的前期开发配合、现场技术踏勘、招标文件（技术及质量、施工合同）编制、实施计划编制、成本预算编制等能力，具有独立完成项目的工作经历，管理经验丰富，熟悉光伏业规范、风电规范、储能规范，具有头部企业工作经验者优先；
3、具有极好的现场协调控制能力，较强的组织协调能力，擅长交流与沟通，处理突发事件能力强；
4、具有担当、责任心，抗压能力强，有较强的事业追求。
5、有100MW以上光伏项目工程管理经验。
