岗位职责：
1、进行系统架构设计、需求分解，对方案进行多维度对比分析，确定系统设计方案，为光储充系统、储能系统产品方案可行性设计提供依据；
2、分析和评审光储充、储能系统产品需求及技术可行性，拉通各专业，确保产品设计方案顺利实施；
3、评估系统项目需求，提炼系统标准化方案，制定储系统降成本方案、可靠性提升方案；
4、根据需求和产品特性，优化系统和单元模块的控制策略；
5、主导平台/技术项目的技术方案确定及开发分析、评审；
6、收集提炼现有设计的共性需求或问题，推进需求落地或输出解决方案；
7、通过竞品分析和竞争对手分析指导产品设计；
8、负责集成系统的生产、测试指导和故障问题处理工作。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，电力系统、电子、电气、通信工程等相关专业，8年以上相关经验；
2、精通光储充系统关键部件，如变流器、电池、BMS、消防等选型分析、设计技术；
3、了解储能锂电池行业规范、法律法规、标准等；
4、熟悉储能系统各种应用场景及对应运行原理；
5、具有较强的沟通、组织和协调能力，能够跨部门合作；
6、有在大型储能厂家做过光储能系统设计开发者优先考虑。

Main Job Responsibilities
1. Branding and Marketing Strategy Planning:
◇ Formulate and implement global marketing strategies and plans, including E-commence, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing according to group and regional level business plan.

Job Requirements:
◇ Bachelor's degree and above, major in marketing, or related communications field, MBA preferred;
◇ Over 10 years’ experience, at least 5 year experience in managing and leading a marketing team in international senior business or marketing management position in renewable energy industry or home appliance as the main contributor;
◇ Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities, proficiency in E-commerce operation and digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing and content marketing;
◇ Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
◇ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
