- 岗位职责：
1.负责光伏电池IV测试管理工作：IV测试、IV数据库建设、电池片样品保存与管理。
2.负责IV测试设备标准样品制作、管理。
3.负责IV测试设备校准、对标。
4.负责IV测试设备以及备品备件的管理、维护、保养与升级。
5.制定测试规范，撰写SOP，培训其他人员。
6.服从安排，兼顾光伏电池后道工序或其他工作。
7.能接受一定量加班和出差，支持客户现场
岗位要求：
1、了解IV测试设备原理，至少熟悉一种IV测试设备，具备HJT电池测试经验者优先。
2、熟练运用EXCEL、JMP等数据分析软件，善于总结汇报。
3、善于发现问题，主动解决问题，具备良好的沟通能力。
4、踏实肯干，动手能力强，热爱测试工作：认真、细致、严谨，勤于思考，能主动学习新知识。
5、大专及以上学历，计量或光伏相关专业，具备光伏电池制程、研发经验者优先。

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.
在接受项目需求培训后，了解监造计划和监造清单内容。
2. Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection plan and schedule.
参加项目启动会，向供应商简要介绍监造范围、监造计划和时间表。
3. Verify the on-site conditions according to the 5M methodology prior to performing the inspection.
在执行监造之前，根据5M方法验证现场条件。
4. Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.
根据监造清单分析测量结果，监督制造和测试进度。
5. Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule.
监控测试交付周期，以确保在商定的时间内完成。
6. Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.

7. Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.

2. Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures.

3. Experienced in renewable energies, power electronics components, inverters, energy storage, factory inspection and quality control.

4. At least 3 years experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site), or at least 3 years experience in a technical position in renewable energies.

5. Able to effectively communicate with project team and personnel at project site.

- Position Overview
As a PV quality assurance manager, you will support Project Management Office at different stages of the project in the delivery of services by conducting all desk activities through technical evaluations, risk assessments, documentation reviews and data analysis.

2、有PVD镀膜工艺和理论基础，有PVD设备管控经验，能独立开展镀膜工作，具备4年以上量产设备ITO镀膜工艺经验优先，具备晶硅电池尤其HIT电池工艺经验者优先；
3、了解ITO类导电薄膜材料特性，懂得产品计流程和实验设计方法，具备失效分析的能力，具备晶硅高效电池设计开发经验者优先；
4、熟悉常见材料和器件的表征方法，能独立操作检测分析设备，如椭偏仪、台阶仪、分光光度计、霍尔测试仪、方阻仪等，具备数据分析和撰写分析报告的能力；
5、英语四级，有较强的文献查找及阅读分析能力；
