- Position Overview
As a PV quality assurance manager, you will support Project Management Office at different stages of the project in the delivery of services by conducting all desk activities through technical evaluations, risk assessments, documentation reviews and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project preparation by analyzing, translating and communicating applicable technical requirements.
Provide Training field workforce on the technical requirements for each project.
Conduct risk assessment and propose recommendations at different stages of the projects.
Perform documentation reviews and provide technical evaluation according to project scope.
Draft documentation as a deliverable for Quality assurance and procurement support services.
Provide technical support to the Project Management team in the communication with external stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise on various subject matters in coordination with technology department.
Participate in the development of technical standards and new services.
Conduct data analysis and prepare business intelligence reports.
Organize jobs assignments within the team according to business needs.
Define, promote and control implementation of processes and quality procedures within the scope of responsibilities.
Build, coach and develop competencies of the team under scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 5 years quality assurance working experience in PV industry.
3. At least 2 years experience leading a small team
4. Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

任职要求：

2、熟悉印刷原理、导电浆料特性。具备三年以上光伏行业的丝网印刷，烘干固化，印刷性能表征的实战经验。
3、踏实肯干，动手能力强，愿意从事重复性的手动印刷工作；善于发现问题，主动解决问题。
4、工作认真细心，勤于思考，愿意学习新知识，具备良好的沟通能力。

- 岗位职责：
1.负责太阳能高效电池PECVD工艺开发，优化工艺条件改善钝化效果，提升转换效率、良率、产能改善；
2.针对HIT异质结电池，改进和优化现有非晶硅/微晶硅工艺，提升设备工艺稳定性完成工艺实验报告；
3.负责PECVD设备的维护、保养，根据工艺需求对设备改进提供意见和建议；
4.负责新产品薄膜过程中数据收集及异常问题分析与解决；
5.负责新产品、新工艺的开发与转移，并使之适于量产；
6.制程整合部相应体系文件编写；
7.完成领导交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1、具有板式PECVD、管式PECVD镀膜设备，如商先创/昇先创centrotherm、捷佳伟创PECVD经验者优先；
2、2-5年PECVD镀膜工艺调试经历，有晶硅太阳能电池制造行业特别是异质结PECVD经历优先；
3、材料学、化学、物理、半导体器件等相关专业，本科以上学历；
4、较强的数据分析、解决异常问题的能力；
5、熟悉常见材料和器件的表征方法，能独立操作各种分析设备，如椭偏仪，分光光度计，WCT-120，霍尔测试仪等；
6、具有良好的分析能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、团队协作能力以及很强的执行力；
