4、进行聘前测试和简历甄别工作；
5、充分利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；
6、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
任职要求：
1、本科学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2、5年以上招聘模块经验，具有新能源或者猎头行业优先；
3、具有较强的工作责任心、组织能力、沟通协调能力和执行力；
4、熟悉人力资源相关法律法规及具体操作方法。

9、参与新项目前期介入、接管验收及重大技术方案的制定;
10、完成领导交办的其他工作。
