岗位职责：
1、Take responsibilities according to the working flow chart； 按照工作流程图完成相关职责； 2、Handle and manage projects of EV charging products. Make test plan, supervise project process and analyze test specifics according to standards. Control the lead-time； 处理、管理电动汽车充电产品等项目, 制作测试计划，监督项目进程并根据标准分析测试细节, 控制项目进度； 3、Maintain the customer satisfaction； 维持客户满意度； 4、Complete test reports and project related documentation. Control the report accuracy； 完成测试报告和相关的项目文件，控制测试报告准确度； 5、Support the sales on technical issues to handle the inquiries； 为销售提供技术支持以处理客户询价； 6、Technical support for the sales and marketing actions. Attend technical meeting with clients when necessary； 为销售和市场活动提供技术支持。按需与客户开展技术讨论会； 7、Provide suggestions to improve the internal procedures to reach a good quality of our services； 提供内部流程优化建议，保持服务的高质量； 8、Follow-up on latest test methods and test standards. Develop international, also in-house test procedures and latest technical of EV charging products； 跟进最新测试方法及测试标准。研发电动汽车充电产品国际标准, 内部标准以及新技术； 9、Other assignment arranged by the superior； 完成上级安排的其他任务； 任职要求： 1、Bachelor degree or above in the electrical engineering or other related discipline； 本科或以上学历，电气工程或其他相关专业； 2、More than 3 years working experiences in EV charging products manufacturing, Research & Development or testing & certification experiences, and working experiences in third-party body is highly preferred； 有3年以上电动汽车充电产品相关测试认证、生产、研发相关经验,第三方认证机构从业优先； 3、Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines； 具有在期限内将工作按优先级安排好的能力； 4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills； 优秀的交流沟通与人际互动能力； 5、Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred； 良好的英语读写能力。英语口语流利者优先； 6、Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel； 熟练使用Windows，Word和Excel；
