主要工作职责

1、熟悉了解TOPCon或BC电池工艺的各个工序和工艺流程，及参数，并熟知各种太阳能电池的工作及工艺原理

2、熟练掌握PERC激光图形绘制，有BC类激光图形绘制和调试经验者优先；

3、负责特定的激光图形化项目，制定项目规划和计划，并针对项目中存在的技术及沟通方面的问题给出解决方案，按照计划推动项目的进展；

4、负责和上下级进行技术，工艺，原理，人员职责及工作安排相关的沟通，需具备较强的沟通能力，解决沟通过程中存在的障碍和问题

5、负责创新性提效降本方案的提出，以及针对提效和降本需给出自己的方案和计划，并按照计划推动提效和降本；

6、项目进度的定期输出，撰写报告及讲解报告过程中需保持逻辑思路清晰明了；

7、掌握电池片电性能的失效和异常分析，负责项目过程中的电池片分析和问题的解决；

8、负责带领技术员及工程师进行试验的计划，实施，和总结，分析，复盘

相关经验和资质要求

任职要求：

1、学历要求：统招本科及以上

2、语言要求：通过大学英语六级考试者优先

3、专业要求： 光伏、半导体、物理光学、测试等相关专业; 优异的半导体物理基础，熟知太阳能电池工作原理，精通太阳能电池制程，了解各工序工艺等特性；

4、工作经历： 硕士学历具备2年以上同行工作经验；本科学历具备3年以上同行工作经验；博士不限工作经验。

1、Optimizing and improving the technology of solar cells, improving process stability and validity, improving the conversion efficiency of cells.

优化与改进太阳能电池制造技术，确保工艺稳定性与有效性，持续提升电池转换效率。

2、Researching and introducing new technology and new materials of solar cells.

研究与引进太阳能电池新技术与新物料。

3、Analyzing and researching the emergencies and major issues of production line, organizing relevant personnel to solve the problems.

分析与处理生产线突发事件及重大技术问题，组织相关人员解决问题。

4、Be responsible for process debugging of new machines and equipment to make them meet the process requirements during normal production.

负责新设备、新装置的工艺调试，确保其满足正常生产的工艺要求。

5、Formulating and improving process files (mainly PFEMA and control plan), guiding the production line to carry out normal production operation according to the files.

制定与完善工艺文件（主要为PFMEA与控制计划），指导生产线依据文件进行规范生产操作。

6、Responsible for workshop related process improvement experiments and follow-up tracking of major projects.

负责车间相关的工艺改进实验及重大项目的后续跟踪。

7、Establish and lead the engineer team responsible for the process, formulate plans, arrange work, and coordinate with other departments’ engineer to ensure the smooth progress of the work.

建立并领导工艺工程师团队，制定计划、安排工作，并协同其他部门工程师确保工作顺利推进。

8、Other assigned by superior.

完成上级交办的其他任务。

Requirements任职要求：

1、 Bachelor’s degree or above in physics, chemistry, material science, or optics major.

物理学、化学、材料科学或光学专业本科及以上学历。

2、Over 3 years experiences in technical management of solar cell industry.

具备3年以上太阳能电池行业技术管理经验。

3、 Strong ability of management and control of production line, high professional technical capability and efficiency improvement technique.

具备较强的生产线管理与控制能力，专业技术能力扎实，精通效率提升技术。

4、Familiar with systems such as ISO9001.

熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系。

5、Strong sense of working responsibility, ability to work independently, strong ability of analysis, communication and coordination, team spirit and team leadership, ability to work under pressure.

Based on group logistics strategy and local factory operation plan, to proposal and get approval of local Logistics Annual Plan;

Establish and continuously improve complete logistics processes, working procedures and update job responsibilities under Group logistics guidance;

Ensure trade compliance;

Lead logistics team to implement Logistics Annual Plan, regularly check progress, take corrective action when required;

Qualification

Bachelor degree, prefer in logistics, supply chain, operation management or relevant area;

8-10 year logistics experiences in manufacturing environment

Profound knowledge in logistics industry and familiar with logistics operation processes, procedures and practices;

Proactively communicate with external agencies, suppliers and internal relevant departments to maintain healthy relationship; timely alert the company the changes of local regulations to secure compliance;

Establish and improve processes according to Group logistics requirement and plan;

Be able to understand and follow Group logistics strategy as well as local factory development needs, to proposal and implement Logistics Annual Plan, monitor progress to ensure realization of agreed targets.
